The Role:
Our Quality Assurance team is a group of testers and test automation experts who are dedicated to delighting customers and adding value to businesses. We see the big picture, constantly develop skills, push automation initiatives, excel in fast-paced environments, and contribute towards building a better financial future for Canadians. Leveraging AI to enhance and elevate testing pipelines is a cornerstone of our quality assurance strategy, and we seek to position ourselves as industry frontrunners in this area. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and willing to relocate to Calgary.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with ambitious software developers, product owners, designers, and other testers on project priorities, releases, new features, &c.
- Analyzing the products, identifying risks, and communicating them effectively to stakeholders
- Working alongside developers to create robust test suites, assistive tooling, and effective test automation solutions
- Exploring the benefits that AI-powered tools can provide to testing initiatives
- Being a quality advocate, uncovering bugs in the products, and documenting them clearly
Who we are looking for:
- An eye for detail, and the ability to analyze products from a user perspective
- A high degree of responsibility, assertiveness, and eagerness to take ownership
- Familiarity with any programming language, as well as test automation tools and techniques
- An active learner with a willingness to learn new tech, and take on new areas beyond your background
- The ability to stay organized and disciplined with multiple competing requests in a fast-paced, agile environment

- Demonstrated understanding of how AI-powered tools can be leveraged to enhance and elevate testing pipelines
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable test automation solutions
