Production Print Technicians (Lenexa, KS)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Production Print Technicians with strong expertise servicing Konica Minolta production systems and other high-volume digital print equipment. You'll be responsible for servicing production and commercial-grade devices, handling installations, troubleshooting networked environments, and supporting our valued customers with excellent service!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Konica Minolta AccurioPress, AccurioPrint, AccurioLabel systems and related digital production equipment\
• Service and maintain a range of devices, including Canon imagePRESS, HP Indigo, Kyocera, Lexmark, and wide-format printers
• Install, configure, and connect devices within networked environments, including RIP servers (EFI Fiery, Creo) and print controllers
• Perform full equipment setups, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Accurately document service activities, parts usage, and performance issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing Konica Minolta production print equipment (AccurioPress, AccurioLabel, bizhub PRO/PRESS)
• OEM certifications (Konica Minolta, Canon, HP, Xerox, Kyocera) preferred
• Working knowledge of EFI Fiery, DFE workflows, color management, and production finishing equipment
• Solid understanding of network connectivity troubleshooting for print environments
• High level of mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach.
