- About the Position:
- The SEO Manager is responsible for developing and executing AnswerNet’s SEO strategy across multiple company websites to drive qualified organic traffic, improve search
- visibility, and generate leads. This role oversees keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link-building initiatives. Partnering with Content,
- Web/UX and Demand Generation teams, the SEO Manager ensures that AnswerNet’s digital presence consistently attracts, engages, and converts the right audiences.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with lead generation and business goals.
- • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, structured data, and internal linking.
- • Collaborate with Content Creator to ensure blog posts, landing pages, and web copy are fully optimized.
- • Perform regular content audits and refresh underperforming assets.
- • Manage technical SEO, including site speed improvements, indexation, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- • Track and report on keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion performance from organic search.
- • Oversee link-building initiatives to grow domain authority and referral traffic.
- • Partner with Web/UX and WordPress teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on all site builds and updates.
- • Provide weekly SEO performance updates and recommendations to the Demand Generation Manager and Marketing leadership.
- • Performs other duties as assigned.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics/reporting platforms.
- • Strong understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
- • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve performance.
- • Excellent collaboration skills with content, web, and demand gen teams.
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple domains and priorities.
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- • 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven success in increasing organic traffic and lead conversions.
- • Experience managing SEO across multiple domains or large-scale websites.
- • B2B marketing or lead-generation SEO experience strongly preferred.
