The Opportunity: 

We’re looking for a highly motivated Event Marketing Specialist to join our B2B marketing team. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and optimize events that connect Agoda with our hotel partners and other industry stakeholders. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful events that drive partner engagement, enhance our brand presence, and generate measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Role Overview: 

You will be responsible for delivering high-impact B2B events across verticals, ensuring alignment with commercial goals. Your scope includes event project management, stakeholder coordination and communication, event operations. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Corporate PR, Content, and Executive stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Event Project Management & Execution

  • Support end-to-end event management, including event concepting, logistics, and execution. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on event objectives, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure seamless execution. 

Project Management & Coordination 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines and deliverables. 
  • Maintain and refine event trackers to ensure visibility on progress, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Partner with regional and vertical teams to coordinate resources and priorities. 

Event Marketing & Communications 

  • Develop engaging pre-event, during-event, and post-event communication plans to drive awareness and attendance. 
  • Work with design and content teams to deliver impactful event collaterals, from invites to follow-up materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints. 

Event Operations & On-Site Support 

  • Serve as the point of contact for event logistics, ensuring smooth coordination on-site.  
  • Support registrations, speaker logistics, and attendee experience. 
  • Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution.  

Measurement & Optimization 

  • Track and analyze event performance using defined KPIs and post-event reporting. 
  • Identify optimization levers to improve attendee experience, engagement, and ROI.
  • Share learnings and best practices to continuously refine future events.
