Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, or resolve issues.

  • Assist customers with product or service questions, billing inquiries, orders, and technical support.

  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.

  • Meet performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
