Job Description

• Print Support Specialist
• Chicago, IL 60657
• 3+ Months (Temp to Perm)
• Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm

Driving: Some driving using personal vehicle may be required but it will not be very often and only as needed in emergency situations. 

Qualifications

They will be responsible for printer installs, moves, toner deliver, and some basic printer triage. Someone that is organized, technical, and able to self-motivated would be successful in this role. The entire day will be standing, walking, and some lifting. IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support) - Technical Training & Certifications: HP Certifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Excellent customer service skills - Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products

Additional Information

They must be ale to lift 50 pounds and be on their feed for a long period of time;

Parking is free on street if available, but garage parking is $8 per day.  Being a downtown location, they could also take public transportation in as well.
