Founded in 2019, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.
Compensation Analyst
As a Compensation Analyst you will be a part of our growing Total Rewards team focused on partnering with HR team members & business leaders and analytical work that supports our compensation programs. The role is crucial to supporting a wide range of compensation programs across Redwood.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide analytical support for compensation programs & projects
- Build models from scratch to enable the compensation team to derive insights that support decision making and drive action.
- Integrate data from internal and external data sources into analysis to generate recommendations
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform compensation decisions and strategy.
- Support the administration of annual programs including merit and equity awards.
- Assist in the development and administration of base pay structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs.
- Assist with market pricing and benchmarking analysis using salary surveys and internal data to support compensation decisions.
- Participate in compensation surveys.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in compensation roles.
- Experience with a start-up or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.
- Stong analytical skills: understanding how to structure data to enable analysis, build models and summarize information.
- Expert with excel
- Preferred: Workday experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in benefits programs.

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
