Founded in 2019, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.

Compensation Analyst

As a Compensation Analyst you will be a part of our growing Total Rewards team focused on partnering with HR team members & business leaders and analytical work that supports our compensation programs. The role is crucial to supporting a wide range of compensation programs across Redwood.

Responsibilities will include:

Provide analytical support for compensation programs & projects

Build models from scratch to enable the compensation team to derive insights that support decision making and drive action.

Integrate data from internal and external data sources into analysis to generate recommendations

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform compensation decisions and strategy.

Support the administration of annual programs including merit and equity awards.

Assist in the development and administration of base pay structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs.

Assist with market pricing and benchmarking analysis using salary surveys and internal data to support compensation decisions.

Participate in compensation surveys.

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in compensation roles.

Experience with a start-up or high-growth environment is preferred.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.

Stong analytical skills: understanding how to structure data to enable analysis, build models and summarize information.

Expert with excel

Preferred: Workday experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in benefits programs.

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
