We are rapidly expanding our reach to serve more communities, which means growing our exceptional team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We are seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to play a pivotal role in elevating our clinical brand, driving engagement with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and building a strong talent pipeline. This is a unique hybrid role that blends clinical talent sourcing, social media engagement, and strategic communication.
You will spearhead outreach efforts across platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, etc. to engage directly with passive clinical candidates, and build long-term relationships that ultimately lead to high-quality hires. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating authentic connections, understands the nuances of clinical talent acquisition, and is energized by long-term relationship cultivation.
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, a timely, positive customer service experience for team members, and a high level of compliance. Success also includes meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics
Duties And Responsibilities
- Social Media Engagement and Talent Outreach
- Relationship Development and Talent Nurturing
- Strategic Support and Pipeline Management
- Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
- Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
Qualifications
Education/Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-touch communications, talent acquisition, social media engagement, or sales role, with a strong track record of building and nurturing professional relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Threads, X/Twitter, YouTube) to build professional connections and generate candidate interest. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools is highly desirable.
Equipment and Technology Requirements
- Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

- Ability to communicate expressively and receptively
Knowledge And Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to craft persuasive, nuanced messages that reflect a consistent brand voice and inspire candidate engagement.
- Natural ability to connect with people, understand their career motivations, and guide conversations toward exploring opportunities within our organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining clear documentation and follow-ups.
- Highly autonomous and self-motivated, yet comfortable working in close partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Foundational knowledge of the BCBA credential and the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is strongly preferred.
Working Conditions
- Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Additional time or occasional shifts in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
