  • Estimated annual base pay:  $70,080(minimum) - $87,600(midpoint) - $105,120(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re a Systems Administrator EPM , we have an exciting opportunity for you.  The Systems Administrator EPM is responsible for providing ongoing business support to the Finance organization for issues, data and configuration updates, and system enhancements.

The incumbent must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail along with experience in financial systems support, project management, and report writing. The Systems Administrator EPM works closely with support partners/vendors and performs an active hands-on role with business teams providing support and new product enhancements.
 

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Lead implementation, administration, testing and conduct user training for EPM (Financial Planning and Consolidation software) and other financial systems
  • Build and maintain financial data models, reporting and analytics, data automation and visualization tools that support key business decisions
  • Leverage business process expertise and project management techniques to help with cross-functional process improvement and analytics projects 
  • Develop and implement system enhancements by utilizing coding skills to customize and extend functionality within the tool
  • Function as Tier 2 user support to business analysts including resolving advanced requests
  • Partner with software vendor/consulting support on Tier 3 requests and escalation as well as system design, enhancements, best practices, upgrades, education and release testing
  • Work closely with IT to design, build and maintain efficient system integrations
  • Maintain process documentation, architectural diagrams, and enhancements roadmap
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of solutions in accordance with data governance, prioritization, controls and audit requirements
  • Effectively organize, document requirements and prioritize work assignments with your leader
  • Actively remove obstacles to success including appropriate escalation and proposal of risk mitigation strategies
  • Respond to change with a willingness to learn and collaborate to propose new ways to accomplish objectives

What We Are Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance and/or Data related coursework a plus)
  • 2-5 years experience with the following types of systems:  ERP, data warehousing, reporting, visualization, workflow and/or robotics process automation required
  • Experience in systems administration, EPM or similar financial systems preferred
  • Understanding of accounting close and consolidation processes
  • Experience with financial planning, analysis and model building
  • Familiarity with cadence and deliverables associated with the financial functions
  • Advanced experience with report building, Microsoft Excel and Database Management
  • Advanced problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Effective collaboration skills conducive to fostering a lean/continuous improvement environment among team and peers
  • Technical aptitude; applies curiosity to the exploration and mastery of new tools, systems, and processes
