What You'Ll Do...

What You'Ll Do

Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet member and business needs, setting clear goals and objectives, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting adaptability and continuous learning.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing action plans, supporting the Open Door Policy, and guiding associates in applying ethical standards and business practices.

Deliver member service and reporting by preparing and communicating reports, supporting key business processes, serving as an information resource, and resolving issues through documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Provide market insights to stakeholders by sharing data-driven trends and global marketplace research, advising on next steps, proposing improvements, and supporting departmental and leadership decisions.

Drive Strategy and Innovation: Oversee projects from start to finish, setting clear goals, measuring progress, and finding opportunities for improvement. You'll also provide stakeholders with data-driven market insights and propose solutions to support leadership decisions.

Manage cross-functional business processes by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements; developing training; verifying documentation; reviewing results; and ensuring functionality of key controls.

Handle member requests and data needs by using analytical tools to extract and consolidate data, formatting reports, identifying root causes, and delivering solutions across supported systems.

Analyze and ensure data accuracy by maintaining and evaluating data, comparing with third-party sources and budgets, researching risks, analyzing financial metrics, and conducting special and recurring project analyses.

Collaborate and communicate by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage business processes and support initiatives.

Support business strategies with data-driven insights by evaluating analytical needs, reporting insights consistently, collaborating with partners, and advising on best practices for applying data insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
