About the Product Management Team

Our Product Management team is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in guiding product vision and strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.

• Develop, communicate, and implement business strategies, plans, and practices.

• Evaluate operational processes and measure outcomes to ensure desired results.

• Promote a customer-centric environment and sponsor continuous learning.

• Travel domestically and internationally to multiple facilities or work-sites.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management, or 13 years' experience in product management or related area.

• 2 years' supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing talent and fostering an inclusive workplace.

• Expertise in data-driven decision making and product analytics.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
