About the Product Management Team
Our Product Management team is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in guiding product vision and strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
What you’ll do:
Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
Develop, communicate, and implement business strategies, plans, and practices.
Evaluate operational processes and measure outcomes to ensure desired results.
Promote a customer-centric environment and sponsor continuous learning.
Travel domestically and internationally to multiple facilities or work-sites.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management, or 13 years' experience in product management or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing talent and fostering an inclusive workplace.
Expertise in data-driven decision making and product analytics.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
