- Supporting SVPs on their roadmap, strategic alignment, and vision.
- Collaborating closely with the business leaders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with the overarching business transformation goals.
- Providing strategic guidance on the People implications of the roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Leading and supporting organizational change initiatives that drive transformation, maintaining a focus on sustainable success, smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Crafting and executing comprehensive talent strategies that support transformation by building a future-ready workforce through strategic talent planning and development programs
- Providing SVPs with actionable insights derived from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that support or derail the transformation roadmap.
- Fostering a culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement by implementing engagement initiatives that align with the transformation goals and enhance associate commitment.
- Providing governance and oversight to maintain the integrity, stability, and cyclical nature of core HR practices during the transformation and regular business cadence
- Developing leadership capabilities within the organization and your team to support the transformation efforts effectively.
- Evaluating and facilitating communication to stakeholders on the effectiveness of transformation initiatives continuously, removing friction and making improvements as necessary.
- Encouraging a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation within the team to support ongoing transformation.
What you’ll bring…
- A profound understanding of HR practices and the ability to ensure consistent and effective execution.
- Proven experience in Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Talent Strategy, Talent Planning, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Led a team of Sr. People Partners to deliver established goals, KPIs, and organizational health
- Superior communication and leadership skills to navigate a cross-functional and matrix environment

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
