Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. EFSBoeing Poland is currently hiring an Associate Manufacturing Engineer for the Production Engineering Make Work Workable Team to support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in Warsaw, Poland.
The role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical problem-solving, and daily support. The engineer will work with Manufacturing Engineers and Planners on Production Engineering for assemblies in commercial airplane programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations
- Create manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals
- Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, and technology to meet production needs
- Review and approve supplier data for compliance
- Define tooling requirements and resolve manufacturing issues
- Assess producibility and provide input to meet cost and schedule targets
- Develop work statements and delivery sequencing
- Manage engineering changes and update production processes
- Support Lean principles and mentor team members
- Lead junior engineers and resolve technical issues
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 2+ years related experience or equivalent education
- Skilled in engineering documentation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), PLM/PDM, and configuration management
- Advanced design and tooling knowledge
- Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience across the value stream
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA certification and Boeing processes
- Familiarity with aerospace lifecycle and Lean production
