Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience leading a team or program
• 3+ years of experience in facilitating or helping to lead process improvement activities
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying organizational strategies or initiatives
• 1+ year of experience working with or supporting automation in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience leading lean or continuous improvement activities or projects
• Ability to work any shift, as required

Shift:

This position is for 1st/A shift (Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) however, candidates must be willing to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required. Note: Shift is subject to change as business needs change.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $96,900 – $131,100 USD
