As a UX Designer at Trimble/Transporeon, you will be instrumental in expanding our revolutionary product to redefine supply chains on a global scale. Collaborating closely with a dynamic team of developers and product managers, you will ensure the usability of our groundbreaking features, driving efficiency and delivering exceptional user experiences. Operating within our market-driven roadmap, you will work in agile sprints, integrating internal and external services to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to understand market needs and translate them into usable and valuable solutions.
Take ownership of the user experience for assigned web applications, projects, or modules within a cross-functional product team.
Work collaboratively with various colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Maintain a relentless focus on usability, ensuring our products meet the highest standards to support our customers' businesses.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to continually enhance product usability and effectiveness.
Champion user-centred design principles throughout the product development process.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative solutions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD..
Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful user experiences.
Experience working in an agile product development environment is preferred.
A plus would be knowledge in setting up a tracking plan, with an execution preferred in mixpanel.
