Job Descriptions

• Follow up on the developments with customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Arrange sample submissions to customers for approval
• Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
• Maintain strong business relationships with customers for product development and production
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
• Support the internal merchandising team on raw material seasonal development & fabric commitment consolidation
• Provide solutions and support to ensure a smooth production and manufacturing process
• Monitor the shipment and logistics
• Work closely with colleagues in different locations on quotations and follow-up
• Merchandising, Production Control, and Order follow-up
• Based on seasonal concepts and themes to recommend fabric collections to designers/customers
• Understand the customer needs and requirements, and develop an effective sourcing strategy

Requirements

• Experience in knit product category, especially in the USA and UK markets
• Diploma or above in a related field
• Minimum  5 Years' Relevant Experience In the Merchandising Area
• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
• Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and able to meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience with costing is essential for accurately pricing goods for the upcoming season and effectively negotiating with the customer.
• Literate in Microsoft Office programs
