Overview: As a Manager, Territory Account Executive at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5-7 territory account executives, guiding and directing with clear expectations to ensure work is aligned with organizational goals
  • Coach team members to achieve KPI’s and attain monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coach team members on key sales skills such as value selling, deal strategy and territory management
  • Evaluate team performance, provide ongoing feedback and develop and implement performance plans as needed
  • Accurately forecast team performance within 5% for month and quarter
  • Handle customer escalations, resolve issues and maintain positive relationships / customer sentiment
  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure teams are maximizing results and collaborating to prioritize customer experience

Qualifications:

  • You are energized by navigating complex organizations and decision-making processes
  • You have a strong desire to learn about and evangelize technology solutions to challenging business problems
  • You are keen on organization, collaboration, getting things done, and routinely meet metric-based quota goals
  • You have 3-5 years’ experience managing full cycle sales teams
  • You have a proven track record of leading teams to success and accurately forecasting the business
  • Comfortable with a quickly changing environment
  • Thrive on open transparency, communication, and collaboration internally and externally
  • Competency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $145,000 to $210,000 OTE. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
