Job Description

• Prepare board meetings across APAC entities, including board meeting materials quality check, minutes review and logistics planning.

• Coordinate EGM/AGM and review circular resolution for India.

• Conduct governance framework analysis across APAC and prepare presentation materials for senior management on governance topics.

• Manage PBA Governance Handbook and liaise with all committee chairs on all ToR related issues.

• Manage directive review and signoff process across PBA.

• Support various New Business and Product Approval projects to ensure qualitative and timeliness in completing NBAAR due diligence

• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder graduate with at least 7 years’ experiences as Business Manager, or working in COO office, management office or equivalent departments

• Proven experience in handling administrative tasks for senior executives in a corporate environment

• Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks, compliance processes, or risk management principles.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact and maintain relationships with stakeholders

• Ability to organize information and data, manage deadlines and prioritize effectively

• Proactive in finding alternatives to solve issues

• Detail oriented and a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with Co-Pilot is a plus
