Summary Of The Role

You’ll contribute to exploring advanced Generative AI technologies and their applications in engineering, helping shape the future of AI across the organization.

In This Role You’Ll

• Support the exploration of Generative AI technologies and their use in engineering.
• Design and run pilot projects to evaluate GenAI solutions across engineering domains.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate GenAI value in workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify priority areas for GenAI implementation.
• Coordinate the transition of successful pilots into scalable deployments.
• Support less experienced team members and encourage a culture of innovation and learning.
• Contribute to the team’s strategic direction and the future of AI in engineering.

About The Ideal Candidate

• Advanced knowledge in AI engineering and experience with GenAI technologies.
• Good knowledge of RAG, chunking techniques, embeddings, and vector data stores.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation metrics and fine-tuning methods.
• Experience with Agent AI use cases and deploying solutions.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills in a creative environment.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across teams.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and scaling AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Experience developing AI-powered automation tools.
• Familiarity with data engineering and ETL pipelines.
• Awareness of ethical AI and bias mitigation strategies.
