The Opportunity
As Program Director of Health Information Management, you will be responsible for program alignment with both the SNHU mission and systems. You will develop curriculum for assigned programs and ensures that courses are developed to meet professional standards. Curriculum development includes program and course outcomes, evaluation metrics for assessments, and designing options for the completion of practicum experience hours. This role is qualified to design, manage, and teach in the subject areas related to the assigned program oversight.
You will report to the Academic Dean of Online Product Health and be fully remote.
What You'Ll Do:
- Conduct the day-to-day operation of assigned program.
- Supervise full-time faculty teaching in assigned program tracks.
- Engage in student recruitment, admissions, and progressions processes.
- Evaluate the program and student outcomes.
- Oversee program curriculum to ensure it includes courses and content that is current and relevant and aligned to industry standards/employment opportunities.
- Monitor and report on accreditation standards.
- Develop, revise, and evaluate curriculum.
- Support the accreditation process for new track development.
- Assist with program budget requests.
- Establish partnerships to further the mission of the program.
- Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role
What We'Re Looking For:
- Doctoral degree required
- 3+ years of experience overseeing a CAHIIM accredited program.
- Active RHIA or RHIT
- Online teaching experience

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $91,388.00 - $146,247.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $100,983.00 - $136,624.00.Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)
