JOB POSITION

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Connect Developer with over 6 years of experience in Contact Center technologies, including hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, and a strong command of AWS services to design and implement scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Job title: AWS Developer

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and deploy contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain IVR flows, Lambda integrations, Lex bots, and Contact Flows.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with third-party systems such as CRMs, ticketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of contact center applications.
  • Provide support for Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud environments as needed.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices.

Preferred skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies.
  • Proven expertise in Amazon Connect, including Contact Flows, Lambda, Lex, and S3.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and IAM.
  • Working knowledge of Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and serverless architectures.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

QUALIFICATION

  • Good to have: AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to analytics and reporting tools for contact center metrics.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Genesys Cloud framework, Genesys Cloud Architect, Genesys Cloud agent profile configuration.
  • Good Knowledge in Genesys cloud reporting and Dynamic views.
  • Good knowledge in AWS Cloud and Lex Bot development.
  • Willing to work in any shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in working with US clients directly
