What you will do
The ERP RTR Lead will coordinate multiple project work streams and ad-hoc initiatives associated with ERP Enterprise project. This role is Enterprise level with a clear global exposure and responsibility. The ERP RTR Lead will be responsible for completing from beginning to end simplification and process enhancement initiatives of different stages of the project such as, planning, roll out, & stabilization.
Responsibilities:
Manages ERP Enterprise level initiatives and Ad Hoc projects associated with BU business structure applicable to the ERP project.
In connection with ERP planning and set up, this role is responsible for identifying process improvement and simplification areas applicable to all business processes scoped in the ERP Enterprise project
Control of change management log for all finance and accounting matters resulting the ERP Enterprise project, in all its stages. This includes maintaining the change management master blog which will document all relevant business cycles impacted
Change management will require from this role effective communication and interaction with a multitude of stakeholders in different levels within the project and, in general with finance organization
Responsible for preparing, for Director level review, execution and transition plans related to initiatives and ad-hoc projects resulting from the ERP Enterprise project
When required during these transition processes, this role is responsible to take the acting controller/accounting manager for the processes/ledgers in scope, this includes completing roll out, stabilize and transition ownership to final owners
Support the shared service center and business implementation and set-up for the global finance program
Facilitates status meetings with project teams as appropriate-- ensuring global process leadership receives regular reporting on project(s) status.
Support the global leadership in a multi-cultural design team across global
Serves as a subject matter expert with understanding of the business and technical processes for the global finance program.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum 6 years of finance/accounting experience including strong process and systems experience.
6+ years experience as Corporate Shared Services Leader
Project management skills applied in global projects
Multiple years of exposure to international accounting and administrative processes
Previous experience with ERP global templates
Previous exposure/experience to/in global or regional finance shared services
Strong written and oral communication skills. Must have a strong analytical and problem-solving background
Outstanding ability to communicate, motivate and persuade at all levels within the organization
Experience with financial process automation – RPA
General accounting and controlling knowledge
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Fluent in other than English language – 1 minimal
