About the Role
As a Master’s Level Clinician (MLC) at our Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center, you will:
- Provide Counseling & Crisis Support: Deliver individual and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention for clients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Use evidence-based approaches to guide therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct Assessments & Referrals: Provide testing within your scope of licensure and refer clients to additional community resources when appropriate.
- Support Positive Behavior Strategies: Train staff members on general and client-specific positive behavior supports.
- Build Community Connections: Act as a liaison between clients and community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
- Foster Client Progress & Growth: Maintain strong therapeutic relationships, track progress, and provide ongoing support throughout the therapy process.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Master’s Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or Counseling.
Licensure: Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as an LPC or LMFT. Provisional licensure will be considered.
Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or mental illness.

- Strong reasoning, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective therapeutic relationships and guide clients through the treatment process.
- Empathetic, emotionally stable, and committed to data-driven, research-based interventions.
