Reward Partner
The Reward Partner plays a key role in supporting all aspects of the Flutter Functions and UKI Reward team function through the creation, analysis and management of reward and MI data. The Reward Partner will input into the development of reward strategy and build up a good understanding of the business and people challenges, providing input on how these can be supported through the application of reward policies and processes.
The Reward Partner will support in the delivery of remuneration review processes, as well as provide guidance around employee reward management, levelling, benchmarking and pay budgeting and analysis. In addition, they will partner with the people partners, wider people team and business collaborators, to help deliver on key reward matters including employee reward management, levelling and benchmarking
Key duties and accountabilities (non-exhaustive)
- Develops and maintains strong partnerships with the people partners and key business collaborators.
- Develops reward data models and forecasts (e.g annual salary review and bonus models & forecasts).
- Delivers the annual salary and bonus review processes, leads on data accuracy and delivery for these processes. Creates and provides pay position data and market data analysis and other reward analysis and reporting as required
- Creates reward policy and process communication materials such powerpoint slides, timelines and FAQs and supports delivery of communication sessions
- Leads on levelling and benchmarking requests for specific roles as agreed within the team.
- Builds and maintains knowledge of local market environment and trends that may impact talent acquisition and retention. Provides feedback to the Global compensation team around pay range competitiveness.
- Works with the Global compensation team to review and maintain roles in the global job catalogue that are relevant to UKI and Flutter Functions.
- Responds to people partner and management requests for policy, process, and pay range information, educating as needed and calling out within the team as appropriate in case of query
- Supports team ad-hoc and project work, including contribution to cross-divisional reward initiatives and integration projects, as necessary.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong data management and analytical skills. Previous experience of providing data management and analytics support within an HR function would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to create data models, templates and reports using excel and other modelling techniques to provide easy to understand information data insights for variety of audiences such HRBPs and management. Knowledge of Workday, Prism, PowerBI or Tableau knowledge would be useful
- Experience of explaining policy and process to employees and other internal partners including via written and verbal communications as well as through the creation of workflow documentation, charts, infographics etc as relevant
- Excellent Microsoft Excel ability
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
