Job description
EDF EPR Engineering UK (EPR-E) is a subsidiary of Edvance, which is a joint venture between EDF and Framatome, established in 2018 in charge of the design and the realisation of nuclear islands for new projects in France and worldwide.
In particular, EDF EPR Engineering UK is responsible for the design and construction of the nuclear island for Hinkley Point C (HPC) project and preparing the design replication and engineering activities for the Sizewell C (SZC) Project.
As HPC Delivery & Performance Manager, you will cover:
General Management:
· Liaise with HPC Delivery & Performance Lead on a regular basis to ensure evolving work practices/expectations are adhered to & actioned.
· Provide training & guidance to ITB colleagues on the List Of deliverables process, best practices & tools.
Change Management
· Manage changes to the List Of deliverables in line with the project change management system.
· Following management approval, accept changes to the List Of deliverables in the L4 scheduling tool (PALADIN).
· Ensure reasons for changes to the List Of deliverables are well recorded in the L4 scheduling tool (PALADIN).
· Contribute List Of deliverables impacts into the change request (UKCC)
Production
· Lead the production of the ITB List Of deliverables for the yearly planning & delivery exercises (Task order)
· Update and quality check the List Of deliverables weekly.
· Liaise with project controllers, L4 and L3 schedulers regularly (weekly) to ensure the List Of deliverables is aligned with the L3 and L4 schedules.
Reporting
· Extract data from PALADIN and the electronic documentation tools (EasyDoc & Teamcenter) and use Excel to manipulate the data into the format required for weekly LOD reporting.
· Provide regular and ad hoc performance reports and KPIs to ITB management and central project controls.
· Liaise closely with Quality on Right First-Time reporting providing feedback & clarification on data as required.
Document Management Interface
· Manage the update of the List Of deliverables and the creation of placeholders in the client’s electronic documentation tool (Teamcentre).
· Liaise closely with the EPR-E UK [BS1] Document Manager to forecast peak workloads and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
· Liaise with the client to resolve blocking points or review error when needed.[BS2]

We don’t do it much but is actually a LOD manager role. Engineering just tend to reach out to NNB themselves most of the time.
