Key Responsibilities

Change Governance & Oversight
•Act as the governance lead for all projects and initiatives impacting Aladdin, including cross-functional programs, regulatory changes, and strategic enhancements.
•Review and approve change requests, test strategies, and implementation plans to ensure alignment with platform standards and business objectives.
•Govern the Aladdin change backlog, ensuring prioritization reflects enterprise risk appetite, regulatory timelines, and business value.
•Coordinate with the Assistant Director (BAU) to ensure smooth handover from project delivery to operational support.

Project Engagement & Stakeholder Management
•Serve as the single point of contact for project managers, business analysts, and technology leads on Aladdin-related change governance.
•Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and steering committees to track progress, escalate risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
•Collaborate with Distribution Application Team on Salesforce-Aladdin integration projects, ensuring CRM data governance and client journey enablement are embedded in change plans.

Risk & Regulatory Alignment
•Ensure all Aladdin-related changes comply with MAS TRM Guidelines, Outsourcing Guidelines, and internal governance frameworks.
•Partner with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Operational Risk teams to validate controls, assess materiality, and manage audit readiness.
•Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, and governance dashboards for Aladdin change initiatives.

Performance & Reporting
•Track and report on change governance KPIs, including test coverage, defect resolution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
•Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve change governance practices.

Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in investment platform governance, change management, or program oversight (Aladdin experience preferred).
•Proven track record in managing complex change portfolios and regulatory initiatives.
•Strong understanding of enterprise governance frameworks, risk policies, and testing methodologies.
•Familiarity with MAS TRM, outsourcing, and cybersecurity standards.
•Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce and cross-platform data integration is a plus.
