ADP is hiring an experienced Senior Manager Growth Marketing, with expertise in B2B customer acquisition, client upsell/cross-sell campaign development, and project management, along with prior experience in client advocacy and event leadership being a plus.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities with our current clients, managing regional events, and supporting the enhancement of our client engagement channels. This person must be a team player who loves collaborating in an organized and strategic manner, while remaining focused on expanding opportunities for new sales. Additionally, the ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and can track a set of goals to measure the effectiveness of programs and campaigns with the ability to articulate the business value of these metrics to all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute customer acquisition programs utilizing email, digital, and other channels to drive continued advancement of sales within our strategic product set.
- Develop and implement innovative cross/up-sell campaigns for existing clients that generate conversions at key inflection points in the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for client engagement and retention, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage all aspects of select regional events, including planning, execution, and follow-up to ensure a seamless experience and maximize impact.
- Collaborate across the marketing organization to develop content for digital programs, campaign assets, etc. necessary to execute successful campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to track campaign performance metrics and analyze results to optimize future initiatives.

QualificationsSkills and Experience:
- 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
- Ability to solve complex problems and take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
- Proven leadership skills to lead large projects or initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Strength in working with, and managing expectations across, cross-functional teams
- Ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns, and track and evaluate results
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Superb writing and general communications skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, and/or other marketing/sales data management platforms required
- Preferred prior experience managing events and driving sponsorship results
