About the Role:Join The Learning Experience #244 in Longwood, FL, as an Experienced Infant Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire our youngest learners. Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Monitor and assess children's development and progress regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Background check clearance required.
