Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Perform and document first article inspections of internal and external processes and products/materials
Perform and document production process and product quality inspections and verifications
Perform functional testing on finished product and components
Use precision measurement equipment such as callipers, height gages, micrometres, check fixtures, etc.
Investigate, document, and develop root cause and support corrective action implementation for process and product quality issues
Additional Responsibilities
Manage and conduct internal/external audits to assure compliance and continual improvement
Perform activities for receiving inspection, starting materials release, and process validation
Interface with Operations to assure that quality considerations and requirements are adequately covered in manufacturing procedures, equipment selection, design, validation and training
Participate in internal product development projects from the initial requirements phases through to the QA deployment phases
Establishes corrective actions for non-conformance and ensures timely resolution.

Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
Secondary education or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred.
Specific Knowledge
Mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of and ability to read and decipher blueprints and engineering drawings
Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and able to put ideas into tangible form
Skilled in organization and priority setting; ability to manage and execute on multiple, critical projects simultaneously
Good skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)
Specific Competencies
Solid oral and written communications skills (local language & English) within multiple cultures & hierarchical organizations to share complex issues in a comprehensive & understandable way
