Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into the overall project framework. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, address any challenges that arise, and facilitate communication among team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout project execution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Loss Prevention (DLP). - Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with incident response and management processes. - Familiarity with security compliance regulations and standards. - Ability to analyze security incidents and recommend improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
