We’re looking for a Data Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our People Analytics function. This isn’t just about moving data around — it’s about designing smarter pipelines, strengthening the accuracy of our HR data platforms, and making sure the insights our teams rely on are fast, reliable, and actionable.
You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiting Ops and Business Technology, building the kind of infrastructure that helps us answer big questions about people, hiring, and growth. Contract position: 12 months starting in Sept 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES-
Rebuild & Streamline Data Sources
Redesign core tables across platforms like Greenhouse and Workday to run faster, capture the right fields, and eliminate manual workarounds. -
Design Scalable Pipelines
Partner with central data teams to stand up new pipelines for tools like Goodtime and Gem, making sure our analytics foundation grows alongside the business. -
Raise the Accuracy Bar
Replace legacy code with clean, reliable sources that achieve a true 100% accuracy standard. -
Solve Problems at the Root
Trace down the causes of manual data fixes and replace them with automated, permanent solutions. -
Enable Smarter Reporting
Work closely with the Workday team to weave in critical identifiers (like Position IDs), building out sources that unlock richer, more strategic reporting. -
Enhance People Data
Create logic that captures unique employee events (rehire, reneges, etc.) and add manager hierarchy fields to sharpen recruiting data sources. -
Level Up Dashboards & Infrastructure
Rebuild Tableau data sources for speed, reliability, and functionality — ensuring the People Analytics team can deliver insights without depending on fragile, outdated systems.
- 5-7 yrs experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Fivetran.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, Databricks, APIs, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Working knowledge of data warehousing technologies such as Redshift and S3
