Seeking skilled professional to lead the design and development of Talent Acquisition Innovative Services SKUs, like Paradox/Phenom/Hired Score & Candidate
Engagement and Performance and Recruitment Implementation with Workday.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation process, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing to ensure that Workday is tailored to the organization’s needs.
Client Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Workday effectively. Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system by overseeing data migrations, updates, and audits.
Integration Management: Manage integrations with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the Workday system.
System Optimization: Regularly assess Workday usage and identify opportunities for enhancements or additional features that can benefit the organization
. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that the Workday system complies with relevant regulations and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
Best Practices Development:
Establish best practices for Workday utilization and create documentation to support future enhancements and training.
