Here is your chance to make a difference! We are recruiting a Global Procurement Director for the Professional Service to develop and execute category strategies that drive value, sustainability, innovation, and resilience across The LEGO Group’s professional services spend portfolio
Core Responsibilities
Lead and Develop a Global Team:
Manage and inspire a team of professional services sourcing experts located across multiple regions, building world-class capabilities in strategic procurement and stakeholder engagement.
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:
Define and implement long-term sourcing strategies for key professional services categories, aligning with business needs, market insights, and emerging trends.
Cross-functional Partnership:
Work closely with senior leaders in HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations to co-develop a holistic Professional Services roadmap that supports business transformation, efficiency, and agility.
Spend Optimization & Aggregation:
Consolidate global spend across multiple regions and business units to leverage economies of scale, enhance negotiation power, and deliver total cost of ownership savings.
Supplier Management & Innovation:Develop and manage a robust global supplier base. Lead negotiations, ensure optimal contract structures, drive supplier performance, and leverage supplier capabilities to co-develop innovations and productivity improvements
Risk Management & Resilience:
Mitigate supply base risks and strengthen business continuity by building resilient supplier ecosystems and proactively identifying potential disruptions.
Sustainability & ESG Leadership:
Drive sustainability objectives through supplier partnerships and procurement practices, supporting The LEGO Group’s environmental and social responsibility goals.
Performance Management:
Establish and monitor global KPIs to ensure excellence in execution, continuous improvement, and delivery of procurement value across all regions.
Global Execution Excellence:
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of sourcing events worldwide, balancing speed, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction

In this role, you will lead a global team of sourcing experts to develop and execute category strategies that drive value, sustainability, innovation, and resilience across The LEGO Group’s professional services spend portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders from Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and other functions to shape a forward-looking roadmap that enables long-term business success. This is a high-impact role for a visionary procurement leader with a proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship development on a global scale. This position has 8 direct reports.
Do you have what it takes?
- Master ́s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, HR, Finance or other related field Min 10 years Global People Management & Leadership Experience
- Min 10 experience in Procurement in an multi-nationalcompany
- Proven record of building and executing strong business cases for sourcing transformation and business value add
- 10 years of Professional Services Sourcing Experience
- Transformation experience
- High tolerance to work across multiple functions and matrixed
- Advanced English skills in verbal and written.
