Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Associate Experience Advisor drives strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs supporting Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma associate engagement strategies. This includes execution of the overall program strategy as well as tactically delivering on program objectives. This role owns end-to-end project, change, and budget management of assigned programs including development of KPI reporting, providing visibility of status, milestones, and performance.
Primary Tasks:
- Support the implementation of enterprise-wide associate engagement strategies and programs, including developing and implementing the processes, tools, communications, programs/campaigns, and technology.
- Monitor utilization of the platform throughout the organization and identifies areas of success and areas to focus opportunity efforts.
- Serve as engagement platform(s) systems owner and administrator for the platform programs.
- Lead the process to listen to the voice of our associates through data collection to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement of the associates' journey.
- Collect associate and leader feedback to optimize recommendations and solutions, including communications, programs, systems, content, and overall experience.
- Write/design content for advising, information/education and coaching to all levels of people and leaders.
- Support the ongoing change management strategies for associate engagement programs and platforms, ensuring that all leaders have the knowledge and ability to use the tools designed to have a positive impact for associate experience.
- Partner with operational leaders, HR leaders, and other associate journey key stakeholders to identify opportunities to align recognition and reward efforts to strategic initiatives, leverage and connect system-wide efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives that create a positive associate experience by partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to identify new associate engagement programs that can be created based on strategic priorities of the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Administration, or related field or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
- Analytical skills, specifically, the ability to assess and decompose processes and evaluate their impact with associates on guest experiences.
- Ability to influence with indirect or no authority.
- Exhibits advanced project management skills with an eye for detail, creative and self-motivated.
- Accurate and timely performance and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of current advances in people and culture change.
- Two years’ experience with activities impacting the associate experience and engagement of the associates’ journey.
