We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-focused individual to join our Sydney legal support team as a Team Administrator on an initial 18-month contract, working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
The role
As Team Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our legal and business operations team. Working closely with our Legal PAs, Facilities and Front-of-House teams, you’ll deliver comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to lawyers and assisting Legal PAs with overflow and leave coverage
- Coordinating travel bookings, and meeting logistics
- Handling expenses, disbursements, and billing
- Supporting reception and front-of-house duties to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Undertaking document management including comparing and printing tasks
- Managing matter administration including opening new files, conducting conflict checks, and following AML procedures
- Preparing, indexing, archiving, and retrieving both hardcopy and electronic documents
About you
You’re a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment. You bring a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow your career within a professional services firm.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous customer service experience (retail or hospitality welcome)
- 6 months of administrative experience (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- A genuine interest in developing a career in legal support
