We are seeking a strategic and influential Regional Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee end-to-end recruitment across EMEA. This leader will manage a team of Recruiters aligned to local sites and functions, ensuring hiring outcomes are aligned with business priorities and workforce plans. The role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and the Shared Services team to drive an efficient, high-quality, and scalable recruiting experience.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational rigor, consultative leadership, and regional market insight—along with a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Regional Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead the execution of recruitment strategies across assigned countries/sites in alignment with global TA strategy
- Manage and coach a team of regionally deployed Recruiters supporting various functions (engineering, operations, corporate, etc.)
- Drive accountability for recruiting KPIs, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and hiring manager satisfaction
Stakeholder Engagement & Workforce Planning
- Partner with HR Business Partners and site leaders to forecast talent needs and define recruiting priorities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for hiring issues and ensure proactive communication with business stakeholders
- Act as a talent advisor by providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and sourcing recommendations
Operational Excellence & Process Alignment
- Ensure consistent recruiting practices, tools, and documentation in partnership with Shared Services and Talent Ops
- Collaborate with the Shared Services team to optimize requisition posting, scheduling, offers, and system workflows
- Monitor and improve candidate experience across the region
Team Development & Performance Management
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional recruiting team
- Support team development through coaching, training, and career pathing
- Evaluate performance based on metrics, feedback, and business alignment
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Champion DEI-focused recruiting efforts within the region
- Partner with Employer Branding and Sourcing to implement strategies that drive diverse pipelines
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, typically 7+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience leading recruiting teams in a regional, matrixed, or global organization
- Experience hiring for technical and corporate roles across multiple countries or business units
- Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Proven ability to analyze recruiting data, identify trends, and drive strategic improvements
- Fluent in English (additional language skills based on region preferred)

- Collaboration: Effectively partners with global peers, shared services, sourcing, and operations
Working Conditions
- Primarily works in an office work environment.
- Role may require travel (<10% travel) within the region to deliver in-person training at various company locations.
- This role works on a hybrid schedule and requires working in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Flexibility to work outside of local business hours to accommodate attendance in meetings in other time zones within the region.
Physical Requirements
This role will facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions. May work in prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer or standing in front of a classroom to facilitate.
