Lead Generation Specialist

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients who fit the ideal customer profile
  

• Research business owners and individuals with significant life experiences who may want their stories written
  

• Qualify leads based on their ability to afford high-ticket ghostwriting services
  

• Build comprehensive lead lists with accurate contact information and relevant background details
  

• Provide detailed lead information that enables effective follow-up by appointment setters
  

• Meet daily KPIs for number of qualified leads generated
  

• Focus exclusively on research and lead qualification rather than outreach
  

Requirements:

• Strong research skills and attention to detail
  

• Ability to identify and qualify high-value prospects
  

• Understanding of what makes a good lead for premium ghostwriting services
  

• Capability to work independently and think critically about lead quality
  

• Familiarity with research tools and databases
  

• Basic English communication skills for internal coordination
  

Scope:

• Full-time position focused on research 
  

• Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break

• Target audience includes business owners and individuals with compelling life stories
  

• Focus on high-ticket prospects who can afford $25,000+ ghostwriting projects
  

• Build lead pipeline to support future appointment setting efforts
  

• Performance measured by quantity and quality of qualified leads generated
