We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist & Digital Marketing Assistant – Wellness & Spa to join our team. This hybrid role combines front desk reception duties with social media management, ensuring both excellent client experience and a strong digital presence for our medical spa.
The ideal candidate will be professional, highly organized, and experienced in both customer service and digital marketing for wellness/medical spa environments.
Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greet visitors, answer the phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and inventory coordination.
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain professional, clean, and welcoming.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the spa’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Respond promptly to online inquiries, chats, and direct messages.
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, short videos, promotional campaigns) aligned with the brand’s identity.
- Monitor analytics to track engagement, reach, and ROI of campaigns.
- Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in customer service/reception; prior experience in a medical spa, wellness, or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Social Media Skills: Proven ability to manage business social media accounts, with knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
