Senior Full Stack Engineer will report to Vice President of Cybersecurity Engineering and will be responsible for providing automation services for the organization. They will be highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in either Python or Java ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be capable of building scalable, high-performance distributed applications, with strong proficiency across middleware, database development and aspects of User Interface development. As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to technical strategy, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development: Build, test, and deploy features across the entire stack, with strong emphasis on either Python (e.g., Django/Flask/FastAPI) or Java (e.g., Spring Framework).
  • API Integration: Design and implement integrations with Microsoft Graph APIs and other third-party systems.
  • Architecture & Design: Contribute to system architecture and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance through code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and coaching junior developers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with best practices, frameworks, and tooling to enhance productivity and code quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Drive engineering excellence through unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Expertise in either:
    • Full Stack Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
    • Full Stack Java (Spring Framework, Hibernate or Spring Data).
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
  • Exposure to enterprise integrations with Microsoft services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role.

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
