Fanblast is a mobile CRM tool for creators, rethinking communication via WhatsApp & iMessage. We help talents build authentic fan relationships, monetize their reach, and accelerate their growth. To achieve this, we also need strong visual content on social media.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Support the operations team with technical processes & customer support
• Assist with troubleshooting and daily technical operations
• Contribute to optimizing internal workflows
• Act as a link between tech and operations

Requirements

Your profile

• Strong interest in IT, technology & digital processes
• Structured, hands-on and reliable way of working
• Confident use of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• First experience in IT support is a plus, but not required
