NMDPL: Navbharat Mega Developers Pvt. Ltd. (NMDPL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed through a joint venture between the Government of Maharashtra and the Adani Group. It leads the Dharavi Redevelopment Project, aiming to transform one of Asia’s largest informal settlements into a modern urban hub with sustainable housing, infrastructure, and economic opportunities.
Job Purpose: The Architect is responsible for the architectural design and coordination across multiple projects within the cluster. The role ensures that design, construction, and marketing objectives are met through effective communication, design reviews, and coordination with various teams, including MEP, sales, and external consultants. This position plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management of architectural activities, contributing to project execution, quality assurance, and alignment with business goals.
Architect
Project Coordination & Oversight:
Oversee architectural deliverables for multiple projects within the cluster, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall project objectives.
Facilitate seamless integration of MEP, structural, and design teams, ensuring that project plans are executed in compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams to review project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure resources are effectively allocated across multiple projects.
Design Review & Approval:
Lead the review and approval process of architectural designs, including parking layouts, agreement plans, and other critical design elements.
Provide constructive feedback and ensure corrections are integrated into final design documents.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Marketing & Sales Support:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to contribute to the development of high-quality sales brochures and marketing materials.
Provide input to define key architectural features of the projects, ensuring alignment with the sales team's objectives.
Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative marketing collateral that showcases the project’s design elements, emphasizing functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Site Coordination & Execution:
Support site-level coordination, ensuring the architecture is executed as per the approved design, and resolve any on-site challenges related to architectural implementation.
Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure architectural quality and design consistency.
Maintain continuous communication with site teams to address any discrepancies or design-related issues promptly.
Stakeholder Engagement & Review Meetings:
Participate in review meetings with internal departments (e.g., MEP, construction, sales) to ensure smooth project progression.
Act as a liaison between design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely inputs and feedback are shared and acted upon.
Share updates on project status, addressing any concerns raised by other departments or external consultants.
Quality & Compliance Management:
Monitor the implementation of quality standards and ensure that designs adhere to all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to maintaining design quality control by reviewing design modifications and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch.)
Work Experience (Range of years):
10-12 Years
Preferred Industry:
Experience in architectural design and project coordination, with a minimum of 5 years managing multiple residential or mixed-use development projects. Skilled in collaborating with MEP, structural, landscape, and design teams to resolve on-site challenges and implement design modifications.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong understanding of certification processes, including IGBC.
