St1 Biokraft is a joint venture between St1, HitecVision, and Aneo, combining expertise and resources to drive innovation in the biogas industry. Our ambition is to become the leading integrated biogas player in the Nordics, playing a pivotal role in the energy transition. We cover the entire biogas value chain, from feedstock sourcing to distribution and end-user sales. We aim to achieve 3 TWh biomethane production and 6 TWh biomethane sales by 2030, with a focus on heavy transport, maritime, and industrial applications.

To support this ambitious expansion, we are committed to investing over EUR 1 billion in biogas production and distribution networks across the Nordics, with several major projects underway.

Junior Business Controller – Value Chain & Downstream

Are you in the early stages of your finance career and eager to take the next step in a dynamic, growing company focused on sustainability and energy transition? We are now looking for a Junior Business Controller to support our Value Chain & Downstream business. This is an exciting opportunity to grow into a strategic finance role with a broad scope and close collaboration across the organisation.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the finance team and business stakeholders to support financial follow-up, analysis, and planning. You will contribute to monthly closings, follow up on costs and KPIs, and support budgeting and forecasting processes. You will be part of a professional and supportive finance team and report to the Head of Business Control & Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and closing activities.

• Follow up on income, costs (including maintenance), KPIs, and volumes.

• Assist in project controlling, including CapEx follow-ups.

• Contribute to short- and long-term cash flow planning.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Assist in the preparation of subsidy applications for biogas projects.

• Take part in improvement initiatives related to financial processes and reporting.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in finance and business, combined with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn and grow. You should bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, controlling, or similar.

• Good Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• A curious mindset, structured approach, and a collaborative attitude.
