NuWealth, a fintech business acquired by Quilter in September 2024, is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) investment platform designed to empower individuals starting their investment journey. As part of Quilter, a FTSE-250 wealth management company, NuWealth aims to bridge the advice gap by offering digital guidance and seamless investment solutions. The platform supports customers with accessible tools and works with financial advisers to deliver tailored financial planning for long-term prosperity.
The Customer Insights Analyst will support NuWealth’s customer-centric strategy by conducting data analysis to uncover insights that enhance user experience, improve platform engagement, and assist in delivering tailored recommendations, insights and metrics to various Stakeholders and departments within NuWealth. This role focuses on data handling, reporting, and contributing to insight generation under the guidance of the Customer Insights Manager, ensuring alignment with NuWealth’s and Quilter’s commitment to delivering good Customer outcomes under the FCA’s Consumer Duty.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyse user behaviour, platform interactions, and investment data to identify trends and patterns
- Insight Support: Assist in developing data-driven insights for product enhancements, marketing strategies, and MI reporting
- Customer Journey Support: Help map and analyse customer journeys, contributing to optimisation efforts with product and marketing teams
- Market Research Assistance: Support research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences in the D2C investment sector
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including user engagement, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Regulatory Compliance Support: Ensure data handling and analysis comply with FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support for platform development and customer strategies
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform additional data queries and analyses as required to support business decisions
About You
- Solid experience in data analysis or insights roles, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, Appsflyer, Mix Panel)
- Basic understanding of customer behaviour and data visualisation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly
- Familiarity with FCA regulations, particularly Consumer Duty
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field

- Experience in the wealth management or D2C investment sector
- Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs) or AI-driven analytics
