About the Role
Our TikTok e-commerce creator LIVE streaming operation team is at the forefront of the dynamic social commerce landscape. In terms of group goods strategy, we conduct in-depth market research to source high-quality products that resonate with TikTok's audience and match creators' styles. We bundle products creatively to boost sales. For LIVE content, we blend creativity and market insights. We design engaging storylines, interactive segments, and eye-catching product showcases to captivate viewers. Budget control is crucial. We optimize resource allocation, from marketing spend to production costs, ensuring cost effectiveness without sacrificing quality. Beyond that, we contribute to the industry ecosystem. By sharing best practices, promoting innovation, and collaborating with other players, we help shape a more vibrant and sustainable TikTok e-commerce environment. In short, we are the catalysts for creators' success and industry progress.
Responsibilities:
- Product Merchandising Strategy
Developing customized product recommendations aligned with creator interests & consumer trends. This process relies on a mix of quantitative data analysis, and qualitative discussions with affiliates.
- Seller Negotiation & Program Development
Interacting with Sellers to secure samples, commission rates, discounted flash sale pricing, & flat fees. Helping AM's to pitch LIVE selling to brands, and executing programs to prove the potential impact.
- Sales Pitch & LIVE Visual Production Optimization
Working with creators to improve their customers' sales UX to maximize conversion & engagement.
- Subsidy Resource Allocation
Building discount strategies using platform resources via coupons & co-funded flash sales. The goal is to incubate the growth of new creators and maximize the impact of special activations for existing top performers while maintaining ROI performance.
- GNE Interaction & Technical Support
Helping creators avoid LIVE Violations & Product Selection Score issues. Working with GNE teams and AOC specialists to diagnose traffic & escalating high impact events.
- Creator Relationship Management
Providing emotional support to LIVE creators who are doing physically and mentally demanding jobs; working closely with their agencies to motivate them to go live, ensure good GMV performance, and avoid burn-out.
