The Agency Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with agencies/brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our agencies.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Partnership
- Establish and manage client relationships with Independent and Performance agencies
- Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy
- Respond to inbound RFPs, proactively develop custom ideas, and deliver up-sell and always on opportunities for your clients
- Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management
- Build a healthy pipeline of revenue
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
- Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal and engineering
Campaign Planning and Management
- Carry out health checks on campaigns to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice and optimised to meet or exceed pre-agreed benchmarks and targets
- Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
- Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
- Conduct live platform demonstrations
- Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised for clients' business and problems
Product Management
- Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
- Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
- Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions
