Key Responsibilities:
- Provisioning Tracker Setup, Data Management, and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain trackers to monitor provisioning activities.
- Manage data entry and integrity for all provisioning-related information.
- Generate timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders.
- SharePoint Document Organization and Standardization:
- Design and maintain a standardized filing strategy for team documents and resources.
- Ensure ease of access, accuracy, and up-to-date documentation in designated team spaces.
- Provisioning Orchestration Facilitation:
- Support the BPLO Specialist in orchestrating the provisioning process.
- Monitor order statuses, ensure subscriptions are activated and provisioned, and track Justification Forms as required.
- Large Deal Tracker and Template Management:
- Update and maintain tools and templates for tracking large deals (e.g., WPA pre/post tracker, Top Deals, BE Templates).
- Manage and report on quarterly WPA counts and QBR numbers.
- Buying Program Deal Analysis:
- Conduct analysis of deal volume and value, similar to the TF report.
- Provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Workflow Issue (WLI) Troubleshooting and Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for identifying and resolving issues related to the buying program from order booking through to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years’ experience in business operations, data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with buying programs, sales operations, or order management.
- Familiarity with workflow management and ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of Cisco internal processes and systems (preferred, but not required).
Example Responsibilities in Action:
- Set up and maintain a new provisioning tracker for a quarterly buying program launch.
- Organize legacy deal documentation into a standardized, easily accessible team SharePoint library.
- Analyze large deal data to identify trends for quarterly business reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues encountered during the subscription activation process.
