Division: Chief Information Security Office (CISO) – Identity & Access Management (IDAM)
As a global financial market infrastructure, the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the company’s business. Security is at the core of our services, firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company.
You will be joining CISO in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM oversees implementing, operating and managing all the access from, to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons – provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly meticulous compliance requirements Euroclear is subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management and recertification, as well as providing delivery and advisory services.
Job description
The Orchestration team is covering different domains of activities that are transversal and support all squads within IDAM.
Within IDAM Orchestration, we are looking for an IDAM Financial controller.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- overseeing the financial operations of the IDAM
- building and reviewing the multi-year budget of the Tribe in terms of Headcount & Euro
- providing strategic financial guidance to IDAM Management to support the company's goals in close collaboration with the divisional financial squad
- controlling capacity vs demand and informing PO & squad leads about the variation
- ensuring data accuracy in the financial tools
- building Management reports
- assisting the teams in the asset management
This role also involves facilitating the administration of external team members (consultants and contractors) for the IAME programme. The goal is to assist with tasks such as ServiceNow approvals, Fusion updates, leaver monitoring, IAG recertification, OTL approval etc and provide general administrative support to contractors.
Finally, support is given to all IDAM team members on OTL & PMRM.
Required Qualification:
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience is a strong plus
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Easy communication with Higher Management
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Familiar with Apptio, Oracle, ServiceNow, Azure DevOPS, IAG /SailPoint is a plus

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Collaboration spirit, with a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders at the same time
- Proactive self-starter and able to work with autonomy
- Knowledge of IDAM purpose, practice and principles is clearly a plus but not essential
