As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Microsoft Planner, you will help us ship amazing customer and business value with great quality, compliance, and timing to make the most impact. You will help us coordinate highly complex projects, across multiple time zones, and dozens of stakeholders, and cross-org dependencies. You will establish and lead our team through the processes and playbooks to make us agile and efficient while bringing the best out of each discipline. If things such as developing clear timelines, establishing lean and repeatable playbooks, having a single source of truth, fostering a ROB that leads to efficient and principled decision making, and holding the different disciplines accountable and help teams ship software (and AI) at scale to millions of customers sound like things you excel at, then this is a role where you can have incredible impact on.
In this role you will partner deeply with PM, engineering, data science, research, and infrastructure teams — managing technical dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality, scalable execution. You’ll bring both technical rigor and program leadership excellence to accelerate innovation, operationalize execution, and deliver seamless user experiences. If this sounds like something you are interested, we welcome your application and look forward to connecting!
