What You’Ll Do

As our Regional Facilities Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with the Head of Estates to deliver top-tier property maintenance.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance teams, fostering growth and excellence.
• Experience of managing and first hand involvement of reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Oversee contractors and ensure all works meet safety and compliance standards.
• Drive improvements in facilities operations, from audit processes to contractor performance.

What You’Ll Bring

• Experience: Proven leadership and practical technical know how in facilities management across multi-site environments
• Skills: Technical expertise, excellent communication, and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Qualifications: Desirable certifications in Facilities Management and Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH).
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building services, health and safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
