The Facilities I&T lead reports to the I&T Director and is a strategic partner for Facilities Delivery, and Real Estate Planning and Projects Pillars, ensuring Pillar needs are championed, prioritized, understood and met by Central Operations. This role serves as a connective tissue between pillar leadership, central operations, and cross-functional teams, working in lock step to enable the successful execution of strategic goals, operational performance and transformation programs.Integration and Transformation Lead Responsibilities
  • OKR Development and Alignment: Collaborate with pillar leads to develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that support Meta and Global Workplace Services strategy and goals
  • OKR Tracking and Monitoring: Establish and maintain a system to track and monitor OKR progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including pillar leads, team members, and other key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and engagement around OKRs
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the OKR development, tracking, and reporting process, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce administrative burden, and enhance overall effectiveness
  • Work in collaboration with Pillar leadership to facilitate, track and/or drive/lead special projects and initiatives on behalf of Pillar
  • Execute and support Pillar’s executive engagement through Business Reviews, Business Reporting, All Hands, Summits, and communication strategies
  • Support Pillar objectives by acting as focal point for metrics to inform Pillar decision-making - ensuring the right business metrics are developed and maintained in collaboration with Pillar SMEs, Pillar Leadership and Global Security Systems and Technology
  • Maintain roadmap of metrics development requirements and prioritize with Pillar leadership
  • Define with Pillar leadership any key performance categories and success indicators, including metrics to support Pillar OKR’s
  • Ensure metrics are understood and used appropriately across the Global Workplace Services to inform decision making
  • Be the focal point for Pillar Tech roadmap development and drive prioritization of tech-specific initiatives with Pillar Leadership
  • Ensure alignment of technology investments with Pillar and Global Workplace Services strategic priorities
  • Drive prioritization of tech-specific CapEx and facilitate budget communication across teams
  • Lead Tech Business Reviews and roadmap updates with stakeholders
  • In partnership with our policy team, manage all donation obligations for Global Workplace Services
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience working in a Corporate Real Estate role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Facilities Management or Real Estate Specializing preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building successful working partnerships and influencing to drive key deliverables
  • Experience developing goals, metrics, and OKRs for client groups
  • Proven expertise in Real Estate and Facilities
  • Proven communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with minimal managerial input
  • Experience creating structure from complex, ambiguous situations, quickly assessing situations, prioritizing issues, and making sound decisions under pressure
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with the capacity to be agile in approach

$132,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
